Thoroughly massage the oil into the affected area. A little goes a long way, so be careful to apply the oil in small incremental amounts until you reach the desired coverage.
If there is no heat in the injured area, after you apply the oil, you can enhance the benefits of the treatment by placing a heating pad or a warm, moist towel over the area for 20 minutes.
